HostPawa processes personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and applicable privacy laws. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your rights.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, billing address) when you register or order
Payment references from Paystack and Flutterwave — we do not store full card numbers
Support tickets, chat transcripts, and service configuration data needed to run your hosting
Technical logs (IP addresses, access logs) for security and abuse prevention

How we use your data

We use personal data to provide hosting and domain services, process payments, send service notifications, prevent fraud, and improve our platform. Marketing emails are opt-in and can be unsubscribed at any time.

Your rights

Data location & subprocessors

Primary infrastructure is operated by HostPawa and vetted providers. Payment processing is handled by licensed African payment gateways. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
