Process

How to request a refund

Three steps from request to resolution.

  1. 01

Log in to the client area

Open Refunds and start a new request, or open a support ticket if you need help finding the right invoice.

  2. 02

    Tell us what happened

Select the related invoice or service and explain why the plan was not the right fit. A short, honest reason helps us improve.

  3. 03

    We review and process

If approved, the hosting fee is refunded to your original payment method or applied as account credit within a few business days.

FAQ

Common questions

Quick answers before you reach out.

Which hosting plans are eligible?
New orders on eligible shared and WordPress hosting plans qualify. VPS, dedicated, and custom services may have separate terms stated at checkout.
Can I get a refund on a domain I registered?
Domain registration and transfer fees are paid to registries and are generally non-refundable once the domain is active. Hosting fees on the same order may still qualify.
How long until I receive my money?
After approval, refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Account credit is instant if that option is used.
What if I am past the 14-day window?
The guarantee window is firm for automatic eligibility. Contact support if you have exceptional circumstances — we review those individually.
Do I need to cancel the service first?
Submit the refund request from the client area. If approved, we cancel the eligible service and process the refund together.
