  • Improving platform user experience, site design, and integrated AI capabilities.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

HostPawa does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Domain Registries & ICANN: Mandatory contact information submitted for domain registrations (subject to WHOIS privacy protection where enabled).

  • Third-Party Service Providers: Verified vendors providing payment gateway processing, automated email delivery, infrastructure monitoring, and AI API interfaces.

  • Legal & Law Enforcement Authorities: When required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law to protect HostPawa’s legal rights or physical/digital infrastructure.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

  • Active Accounts: We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

  • Terminated Accounts: Following our 30-Day Overdue Policy, files, databases, and hosted content associated with terminated services are permanently deleted from our primary servers.

  • Financial Records: Transaction and invoice histories are retained for the duration required by applicable statutory accounting and tax regulations.

5. Security Measures

HostPawa implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
