What is included
Complimentary migration applies to standard website moves for new HostPawa customers on eligible plans. Very large sites or complex multi-server setups may need a custom scope.

How long does migration take?

Will my site go down?
We prepare everything on HostPawa first. Downtime is usually limited to DNS propagation after cutover.
Do you migrate email accounts?
We guide MX updates and mailbox setup. Full mailbox migration depends on your current provider — ask us for options.
Is migration free for all plans?
Complimentary migration is included for eligible new customers. Contact sales if you have multiple sites or unusual requirements.
