• DDoS filtering at the network edge
• Encrypted storage for panel and mailbox passwords

Account security

• Two-factor authentication (TOTP) in the client area
• Role-based admin access with audit logging
• Sudo confirmation for sensitive admin actions

Incident response

When issues affect customers, we publish updates on our network status page and notify impacted accounts by email or WhatsApp where configured.
